Intruder Alarm System Maintenance Agreements
Intruder Alarms that activate too often become a nuisance, particularly to your neighbours, and are eventually ignored - even by the Police. In order to remain totally effective, your alarm needs to activate only when an intruder strikes!
One of the main causes of “false alarms” is a lack of regular maintenance and the older a system becomes the more likely they are to occur. Regular inspections are the best way to identify faults before they occur and ensure the system is always ready to do its job. Shown below are three forms of Annual Maintenance Agreements.
Standard Maintenance Agreement
· Access to our 24 hour Emergency callout service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (this is chargeable for non-contract customers).
· Reduced Labour and Parts Charges (higher rates apply for non-contract customers)
· A service of the alarm system at the end of the agreement period
· We will contact you when the end-of-contract service is due
· Meets Insurance Company requirements (Most policies offer a discount, but only if your alarm isMaintained under an agreement)
Standard Maintenance Agreement is available from £45.00 + VAT per annum (1 service visit)
NB. Monitored Alarms Systems require a minimum of two service visits per year
Premium Maintenance Agreement
Includes all the benefits of the Standard Maintenance Agreement
· One annual fee covers the cost of system faults through fair wear and tear and includes parts (unless fault is through an act of God, a deliberate or malicious act). Hourly labour rates apply.
Premium Plus Maintenance Agreement
Includes all the benefits of the Standard & Premium Maintenance Agreement
· One single annual fee covers the cost of all system faults, to include parts, labour and engineer attendance. (unless fault is through an act of God, a deliberate or malicious act) which means:
Complete peace of mind
Three year warranty is offered on all Citadel Security installed systems. You can upgrade from Standard to Premium Maintenance after the third year from as little as an additional £35.00 + VAT per annum.
